ADUNE Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refunds:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original, unworn condition with packaging and tags intact. A return shipping fee of $13 USD applies. Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? You can exchange items within 25 days of receipt. The product must be unworn, in its original condition, and packaging. Exchanges are free of charge, but if the requested size/color is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

Store Credit:
You can choose store credit instead of a refund, valid within 25 days of your original purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with proof of purchase. Returns for store credit are free of charge.

Pre-Orders (ARC OF SPEED):
If you pre-order our ARC OF SPEED shoe, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to cancel your order anytime before the shipping date. We aim to have all pre-orders shipped by December 2024 from our Dallas, TX warehouse. In the event of any delays, we will keep you informed with regular updates throughout the process.

UPDATE: Tracking numbers for all ARC of SPEED orders will begin to populate January 22.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at enteradune@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange.
2. Visit our return portal: https://adune.loopreturns.com and follow the instructions.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Items not meeting the return criteria may be refused.

Special Notice for Pre-Orders:
For all pre-orders, returns or exchanges will be available once you receive your product. If you're unhappy or change your mind prior to the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund or order cancellation at any time.
